Ganged Radius Wall Forms

 

The Atlas Adjustable Waler System is capable of servicing both segmental and full circular construction of round tanks. For full circular construction, the system can be offered tie-less, the walers being capable of withstanding lateral concrete pressures in the form of tension/compression rings.

This system comprises a ply-faced form, with aluminum beam vertical members, which are in turn supported by horizontally oriented adjustable waler units which create a true curve. This system allows pipe penetrations with a minimum of inconvenience. Radius adjustments of 15' and above can be accommodated.

Atlas also offers the Alisply Radius wall formwork system designed for crane set use. Alisply Radius comprises a galvanized steel reinforced casing and a 15 mm phenolic-coated plywood lining. Quick and safe innovative staple system for joining panels, with no need for tools or alignment rods, using the GR-2 manual staple. The pre-assembled panels can be quickly adjusted for changing radii on site without need of external tools to curve the phenolic plywood.
