ATLAS A-PLY+ Concrete Form Panel
ATLAS A-PLY+ is a 4’x 8’ high strength, very dense concrete form panel that is available in18 mm (0.71"), 15 mm(0.59") and 12 mm (0.47" )thicknesses. A-PLY+ is a blend of specialty woods and a phenolic overlay surface, on both sides, to provide concrete contractors with a panel that is as strong as HDO, yet is priced more competitively. A-PLY+ provides a clean, bright and dense concrete finish and is ideal for exposed or architectural concrete, and cost effective for structural clad concrete. A-PLY+ is extremely stiff and edge sealed to prevent moisture damage to provide many re-uses. A-PLY+ may be used to sheet deck forms, wall forms, column forms, or to re-face Steelply+ or Alisply+ modular form panels.
For projects requiring multiple uses, A-PLY+ provides contractors with an extremely low per pour cost; much more competitive than most MDO and HDO panels. Some contractors have poured on A-PLY+ over 50 times on a single project!

Atlas HDO 100/30 is a high quality forming panel made with100% radiata pine veneers. This unique panel has an HDO main face with a resin content of 39%, and an additional MDO laminate backer with a resin content of 27%, providing Concrete Contractors with a strong, water resistant and stable concrete forming panel. Atlas HDO 100/30 is designed to provide multiple reuses and produce excellent concrete finishes at a lower per pour cost than other HDO forming panels.

ATLAS LVL EDGE™ Concrete Edge Form
The new Atlas LVL EDGE is an ideal edge forming board for slab-on-grade flatwork, tilt-up panels and elevated decks. This high strength, dependable forming board is a 13-ply LVL engineered wood that provides concrete contractors with many pours and holds up to the tough handling and transportation from job to job. The LVL EDGE has great resistance to warping, bowing, swelling and shrinkage. This 1-1/4" thick board is available in 16' lengths and any slab thickness up to 24". Atlas can also make custom cuts the next day making sure that you never run out of the size you need. All LVL EDGE is pre-treated with Atlas' form release agent to provide additional sealing protection and easy form stripping once the concrete has cured."
