Easy-Lift E™

Atlas Easy-Lift E™ is a high-performance, chemically reactive, water-based cure and bondbreaker for tilt-up and precast construction. Easy-Lift E™ is applied to the concrete casting slab to efficiently prevent the bonding of subsequent concrete pours. This premium-grade bondbreaker contains organic compounds that react with the excess lime in concrete. The reaction produces a gel in the pores of the concrete which effectively forms a water impermeable barrier. When the tilt-up panel is poured, the barrier restricts the casting slab from absorbing the mix water from the panel, which results in an easy to lift panel and a strong, smooth, uniform and clean panel appearance. Easy-Lift E™ meets all federal and local VOC regulations.

Easy-Lift FD™

Atlas Easy-Lift FD™ is a high-performance, chemically reactive, water-based, fast drying cure and bondbreaker for tilt-up and precast construction. Easy-Lift FD™ is applied to the concrete casting slab to efficiently prevent the bonding of subsequent concrete pours. This premium-grade bondbreaker contains organic compounds that react with the concrete to produce a water impermeable barrier on the surface of the casting slab. When the tilt-up panel is poured, the barrier restricts the casting slab from absorbing the mix water from the panel, resulting in an easy to lift panel and a strong, smooth, uniform and clean panel appearance. This fast drying formulation allows crews to complete work more quickly and produces cleaner panels by reducing occurence of dirt accumulation on the casting slab. Easy-Lift FD™ meets all VOC regulations.

Easy-Lift S™

Atlas Easy-Lift S™ is a high-performance, chemically reactive, solvent-based, fast drying cure and bondbreaker for tilt-up and precast construction. Easy- Lift S™ is applied to the concrete casting slab to efficiently prevent the bonding of subsequent concrete pours. This premium-grade bondbreaker contains organic compounds that react with the excess lime in concrete. The reaction produces a gel in the pores of the concrete which effectively forms a water impermeable barrier. When the tilt-up panel is poured, the barrier restricts the casting slab from absorbing the mix water from the panel, which results in an easy to lift panel and a strong, smooth, uniform and clean panel appearance. Easy-Lift S™ contains a red fugitive dye to aid in the application process.
