Self - Riser Form Systems
SELF RISER FORMS
Atlas offers an integrated self-rising form system that rises between castings independent of a crane. This significant feature is ideal for elevator cores on high rise projects where scheduling and paying for crane time is at a premium. This innovative system uses hydralic jacks to lift the core form system, which consists of a work deck with safety rail posts and ganged wall forms. Both the exterior and interior form panels may be lifted simultaneously up to 15’6” in one lift. the lifting process is operated from a central control board, with a typical one floor lift taking approximately 25 minutes.
Features of the system include:
• Allows external and internal forms to rise simultaneously.
• Allows workers to release form support brackets in a fully-enclosed work space for added safety.
• Allows sliding inside corners to be totally self-contained.
• Trailing platforms may be used for various trades, such as “sacking & patching”.
